Avgi is an independent villete set in a land plot together with its two sister houses which consist Almira Luxury Suites.

A beautiful and spacious verandah equipped with outdoor furniture welcomes the guests and promises to offer moments of relaxation and indulgence or just enjoy reading a book.

Entering the villette guests first see the sitting and kitchenette area. A small kitchenette, equipped with mini-fridge, plates, glasses, toaster, sandwich toaster, espresso machine, and utensils that the guests can use to prepare a cold dish, a salad or a sandwich which can be enjoyed outside at the veranda or inside.

A comfortable sofa which can turn into a bed accommodating up to two extra people.

The large bathroom is conveniently arranged and offers toiletries, towels and abundance of hot water.

A comfortable and stylish bedroom with a built-in double bed, traditional closet racks, vanity desk and mirror ensures a nice sleep.

A large TV set in the bedroom offers several satellite channels (free ones).

Two individual A/C units, one in the sitting area and one in the bedroom guarantee a pleasant atmosphere indoors regardless of the outside temperature.
